Random one… I read that tomatoes are sweet, yet chefs will sometimes add sugar to a recipe to "balance out the tomatoes". Is this because some are not sweet? If so, which are sweet and which are not? Which tomatoes should sugar be added to? Thank you. #cooking #question #tomato
